A super fudgy and intense dark chocolate cake, topped with hazelnut praliné and caramelized hazelnuts. An exclusive creation that our chef, Farah El Charkawy, learned in Michalak’s laboratory in Paris and is delighted to offer in appreciation of this phenomenal gourmandise.
