In appreciation of some exceptional pastry creations and the art behind them, Fôu will feature every month a different French pastry master chef recreating one of their masterpieces.
Flavor Profile: Valrhona Manjari 64% Dark Chocolate, Gianduja, and Caramelized Hazelnuts.
Description: A signature creation of the Master chef, François Daubinet, created for Fauchon Paris. Farah has first tasted the Gianduja tart during her internship in Paris in 2019 and has been captivated ever since by the beauty of it whether for its unreal look, or its taste. A year later, she fell on the recipe and immediately started realizing it.
Preservation Tips: Keep in fridge until consumption. Consume within 24 hours.
