In appreciation of some exceptional pastry creations and the art behind them, Fôu will feature every month a different French pastry master chef recreating one of their masterpieces.

This month's featured chef is Christophe Michalak and his dessert the Klassic Chocolat Pécan. 

Flavor Profile: Chocolate, Pécan.

Description: Christophe Michalak’s Signature and one of his bestselling items in Paris. For the love we have for Michalak’s creation, we decided to offer it on Fôu’s menu bringing a Parisian delicacy to Cairo. Perfectly marrying chocolate and pecan by pairing chocolate mousse with pecan cream and praline.

Preservation Tips: Keep in fridge until consumption. Consume within 48 hours.
